Caregiver Support Groups

Do you care for someone diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia? Are you looking for information and support?  You are not alone.

As part of Great Lakes Clinical Trials’ commitment to quality, comprehensive care, our team members volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association to facilitate monthly Caregiver Support Groups for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.
