**BIO-MARKER TESTING FOR P-TAU IN INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE 55+ WITH NO COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT:

As a sponsor and supporter of this event, Great Lakes Clinical Trials will be partnering with Eli Lilly to do bio-marker testing for P-tau as part of the TRAILBLAZER ALZ 3 study.

Eli Lilly will have a Mobile Research Unit at this event to allow those who are interested in participating in research to have a risk assessment blood draw done looking for P-tau, a protein found in the brain. An abundance of P-tau is linked to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.

Individuals found to be P-tau+ will have the opportunity to participate in the TRAILBLAZER ALZ 3 study where an investigational medicine is being tested to help with the symptoms associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
